A Brief History

Body Remedy Miami was established in 1998, founded out of love and passion for helping others. After a serious accident that left me nearly paralyzed, I considered back surgery. I was in search of alternate treatments and Dr. Bart Green from the University of Miami referred me to David Shea, an expert in neuromuscular integration therapy. After three months of massage treatments and stretching exercises I avoided surgery all together. It was then I decided to leave my banking career and become a neuromuscular therapist. David took me under his wing and became an invaluable mentor in my professional growth and development.

Today Body Remedy Miami is home to world champion athletes, hall of famers, weekend warriors, orthopedic patients, and ordinary folks just looking for stress, tension, and pain relief.
